Refund Policy

We have recently been bought by VivaEcomStores inc.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (Receipt from Box or Print out the Order Number Receipt from E-mail). We will need the following the name, address, date purchased, email you used, as well as the email receipt of your order on your order (in your response provide a picture of the received product as well to verify you have received it and there's no wear or tear on it). Must send a picture of the product to the E-Mail [ info@shevella.com][You can also go to our "Contact Us" Page] where it will be decided if this return is acceptable, once accepted you will receive an email detailing the warehouse to send your return to once received you will receive a refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Upon ordering we give you 3 days to make any changes meaning you 72hrs to change any mistakes you made to your order (example: size, color, address)
Address Changing: for security purposes once product has been ordered you have 24hrs to make adjustments as after your order has been shipped out of the warehouse we are no longer responsible for the product. Once again after shipping, the address cannot be changed. We are not responsible for any issues caused by address errors
